In its meeting of 6 December 2019 the Swiss Accreditation Council granted accreditation to the Pädagogische Hochschule Graubünden as university of teacher education.

Der Schweizerische Akkreditierungsrat (SAR) hat dem Schweizerischen Hochschulrat Vorschläge zu den Merkmalen der verschiedenen Hochschultypen und anderen Institutionen unterbreitet.

Die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien der verschiedenen Hochschulen wurden anhand spezifischer operationalisierbarer Kriterien miteinander verglichen.

A thematic analysis of the AAQ examines in depth the strengths of the quality assurance system in six institutional accreditation procedures according to HEdA – in contrast to the weaknesses that are usually the focus of the assessment.

AAQ is currently involved as a partner in the project “Developing a European Approach for Comprehensive QA of (European) University Networks” (EUniQ) coordinated by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO). The project is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme Key Action 3 – Support to Policy Reform.

In its meeting of 27 September 2019, the Swiss Accreditation Council granted the accreditation to the study programme in pharmacy at the University of Geneva.

In its meeting of 27 September 2019 the Swiss Accreditation Council granted accreditation to the Hochschule Luzern HSLU as university of applied sciences.

In its meeting of 27 September 2019 the Swiss Accreditation Council granted accreditation to the PH Schwyz as university of teacher education.
