Freedom of information
Under the Federal Act on Freedom of Information in the Administration, you can request access to AAQ’s official documents. The requested documents can be consulted on-site, or a copy can be ordered. The request can be submitted by phone, email, or mail. It must include sufficient details to allow AAQ to identify the requested document. For this purpose, it is advisable to provide all available information.
AAQ will respond within the standard timeframe of 30 days from the submission of the access request. This period may be extended; if so, you will be informed of the extension. If access to the document is restricted, delayed, or denied, or if AAQ has not responded within the legal timeframe, you can submit a request for mediation to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
