1. Collection, processing and use of personal data
We do not collect any personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is only collected when you actively provide personal details by filling out a form. This data is exclusively used to process your query.
2. Use of our own cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are files that are stored on your computer by websites you visit (e.g. the AAQ website).

This is necessary for technical reasons in order for us to make our website available to you. Our web hosting service takes technical and organisational measures to protect this data from unauthorised access and does not share it with third parties.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website.
Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website on behalf of the website operator, to compile reports about website activities and to render to the operator of the website other services related to the use of the website and internet usage. Your IP address, which is sent by your browser through Google Analytics, will not be associated with any other data held by Google.

5. Newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter, we save your email address and use it to send you our newsletter with information about us until you unsubscribe.
We use the newsletter service provider CleverReach® GmbH & Co. KGbased in Germany to send our newsletter.
When you enter your email address to receive the newsletter, your email address will initially be saved by CleverReach for the purpose of sending an email to the address. The email address will be permanently saved until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or we delete your email address.

6. Contact and/or registration forms
You can enter personal information on our website via the contact form or registration form. When you complete the contact form or registration form, we collect and save the data you enter (e.g. first name, surname, organisation, email address, etc.). This data will exclusively be used to process your registration or respond to your query.
When you register for an event, some of your information, such as name and organisation, may be published in the list of participants. The list of participants is normally sent to all participants in the event.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your privacy rights have been violated in some other way, you can submit a complaint to the regulatory authority.
