The AAQ

International

AAQ is part of an international network. Through its collaboration with foreign agencies and institutions, it actively contributes to the development of a quality culture within the European Higher Education Area. Its international orientation ensures compliance with European standards and the application of best practices.

AAQ complies with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG). It is a member of ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education), and INQAHEE while also being registered in the EQAR register. EQAR is an international register of quality assurance agencies that have demonstrated substantial compliance with the ESG. In addition, AAQ is a member of the Quality Audit Network (QAN) and is a co-founder of the "Réseau FrAQ-Sup", a network of French-speaking quality assurance agencies.

AAQ is authorised by the German Accreditation Council (Deutschen Akkreditierungsrat) to carry out system and programme accreditations in Germany.

AAQ’s procedures comply with the standards of ENAEE which entitles it to award the EUR-ACE label to engineering degree programmes.
